Bachelor/Bachelorette and Birthday celebrations welcome, however, no house parties allowed. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund and authorities contacted in the event of an unauthorized party.
No more than 6 unregistered guests allowed to visit at a time. Unregistered guests are not permitted to sleep at the house. Please contact your host for conditional approval of any extra guests.
No smoking allowed. (Smoking inside will result in a $300 add'l cleaning fee, cigarette trash pick up will result in a $50 add'l cleaning fee).
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the quiet hours. No outdoor music after 10pm and please keep noise inside to a respectable level
Please respect check-in and check-out times. The cleaning team is scheduled to arrive shortly after your check out time and they are on a tight schedule. A late fee of $50 per 30min after designated check out time will be charged for any late check out not previously discussed and approved.
Please take care of the furnishings. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Absolutely no confetti or glitter. Either will result in an additional cleaning fee of $150
Walls– Due to past guests' negligence PLEASE do not use any tape, glue or any type of nails anywhere inside unit (walls, TV, chairs etc), doing so will result in a fee to repair any damage
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guest must provide their address/location (per a state issued ID) on their profile. Host to verify by requesting guests ID, as needed.
No local reservations allowed (guest must reside > 50 miles from Nashville) unless approval granted by host
